The program calculates the date of entry into force and the date of commencement of attraction under Part 1 of Art.
20.25 Code of Administrative Offenses The date of delivery of a copy of the decision on the case on administrative proceedings is selected from the calendar.
The calculation is made taking into account weekends and holidays in 2019, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.The program can be useful for:- DPS inspectors,- employees of the World Court,- other officials who make decisions on cases ofadministrative offenses and make protocols under Art.
